Concordia Public School Celebrates Christmas and New Year with Festive Cheer Concordia Public School recently hosted a vibrant Christmas and New Year celebration, filled with festive cheer and joyous performances. The event commenced with a warm welcome address, setting the stage for a day of merriment. The school choir then presented a soulful rendition of “Tamizh Thaai Vaazhthu,” invoking the blessings of the Tamil language. Following this, a captivating welcome dance performance by the students further enlivened the atmosphere. Followed by a soulful rendition of a Special Choir Song. The celebration continued with insightful addresses from esteemed dignitaries. The Principal delivered the inaugural address, sharing his vision for the school and expressing his best wishes for the festive season. This was followed by the presidential address from the respected Correspondent, who emphasized the importance of values and wished everyone a prosperous New Year. Senior Principal introduced our Special Guest Mr. Dinesh Kumar Radhakrishnan – WebAdmin Concordia Public School. A special highlight of the event was the presence of the WebAdmin as the Special Guest. Our School Website and Forum was revamped and redesigned and set for launch on 20.12.2024. He was felicitated by the school management and delivered an inspiring speech, motivating students to strive for excellence. Our Special Guest generously issued book to the students of Upper Primary enriching the reading resources available to students and faculty. This generous contribution will undoubtedly foster a stronger reading culture within the school community. The festive spirit reached its peak with a series of captivating dance performances. Students from various grades, including Upper Primary, Kindergarten, and Primary, showcased their talents with energetic and colorful routines. The celebration also included a special segment for greeting card sharing, where students exchanged handmade cards, fostering a spirit of kindness and togetherness. The event culminated with a group photo session, capturing the joyous spirit of the occasion. The classrooms were beautifully adorned with creative decorations designed and executed by the enthusiastic students. This vibrant display showcased the students’ artistic talents and added a festive touch to the occasion. Students actively participated in creating a “Resolution Tree,” where they wrote down their personal and academic resolutions for the upcoming year. A heartfelt vote of thanks was delivered, followed by the singing of the National Anthem, bringing the celebration to a close.
